In short
ms-nostalgia is a service of Moy Studios LLC. Your messages and profile are end-to-end encrypted: we can't read them. We only process the data needed for the service to work.
What we can't read
The content of your messages, your nickname, your personal message and your photo are encrypted on your device before they leave it.
Account data
When you sign in with Microsoft we receive your account identifier and email, to keep you signed in and so others can find you. Email lookup uses a fingerprint, not the plain address. We also store your username, your devices and your contact requests.
Your OneDrive and Microsoft contacts
With your permission, we keep your account key and profile in an app folder in your OneDrive. Reading your Outlook contacts happens on your device, and only when you start it.
Delivery and alerts
We keep encrypted messages until they are delivered, for 30 days at most. If you turn on alerts, we store the address your browser assigns you for sending them, with no readable content.
Measurement and errors
We use Matomo without cookies to count visits and general feature use, without identifying you. Sentry receives the type and location of errors, with no content from your conversations. Only if you accept, OpenReplay records your visit to these public pages. We never record inside the app.
Providers
We use hosting providers and the services mentioned here, which process data only to provide the service. Microsoft handles your sign-in and OneDrive under its own terms.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete it. You can also start over or remove your devices from the app. Write to us at support@moydev.com.
